Shipping & Delivery Policy (Store Pick-up)
Please read our policy regarding physical delivery and fulfillment of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery items purchased or booked through our platform.
1. Physical Showroom Pick-up Only
To ensure the absolute safety and insurance protection of your high-value gold, silver, and diamond ornaments, **we do not offer courier shipping or postal mail delivery services**.
All items ordered, customized, or redeemed under schemes must be collected in-person directly from our showroom:

2. Collection Timeframes
Fulfillment and collection times vary depending on the item:
- Ready-made Showroom Inventory: Available for in-person pick-up immediately after order confirmation and payment confirmation during working hours.
- Bespoke / Custom-Designed Jewellery: Handcrafted gold designs require **3 to 14 business days** to prepare depending on artisan backlog. Store staff will notify you as soon as your ornament passes QA and is ready for pick-up.
- Digital/Scheme Redemptions: Physical gold coins or ornaments can be collected instantly upon maturity/verification at our showroom billing counter.
3. Verification at Pick-up
For security purposes, when collecting your booked ornaments, you are required to present:
- The original digital payment receipt or booking voucher.
- A valid government-issued ID card (e.g. Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License) matching the booking name.
